2 Multilingual Support

Most of our staff are fluent in a number of languages, including English, French, Korean, Chinese, Mandarin, and so on. Medical interpreters are available in Huiqiao Medical Center to assist communication between healthcare providers and patients, and offer other assistance as needed. If our staff doesn’t speak your language, we are pleased to provide a telephone translation service. Please ask our staff for help.

3 Insurance & Direct Billing

Huiqiao Medical Center has signed direct billing agreements with more than 20 national and international insurance companies. The center provides medical consultation, pre-authorization and collecting claim materials for the insurance holders. Please have your insurance ready when you come for consultation. The list of insurance companies would be updated periodically and is subject to change, so call us if you don’t see yours listed.

4 Food & Beverage

The Huiqiao Restaurant is on the 1st floor of Huiqiao Building NO.3, which provides therapeutic diets under the instruction of professional dietitians as well as Chinese regional cuisines. It also provides diversified catering services of Chinese and Western, Sichuan, Xianglu, Guangdong, and home delivery is available.

5 Huiqiao Cafe

Situated at the west side of the Huiqao new building, the Huiqiao Cafe provide various kinds of drinks, western food and deserts, with exquisite and pleasant interior environment. Welcome guests and friends from all walks of life to come and taste.
